Partner Agents

Every neighborhoods.com real estate expert is hand selected based on their knowledge and expertise of the communities they represent. We bring insight and expertise together to help our visitors find exactly what they’re looking for. If you’re educated about the neighborhoods in your market, are eager to assist prospective buyers and sellers, and are willing to guide individuals until they find a place where they’ll love to live, we want to hear from you! We are currently accepting applications for our Partner Agent Program. Watch the short video below to learn how you can grow your business.

Ready to get started? Before applying, make sure you have these qualifications.

  • Be a licensed full-time real estate agent in good standing with your local Realtor Association and MLS Board.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the various floor plans, home types, prices, market statistics, HOA fees, cost of living expenses, and rules and regulations at any communities or neighborhoods you are representing.
  • Promote the community’s lifestyle using a thorough knowledge of the amenities, as well as clubs, classes, attractions, activities, and dining that may be available in the neighborhood.
  • Contact new leads via both phone and email in a prompt manner and continue to maintain contact with any prospect until a transaction is made or they are no longer interested, as well as logging all correspondence in the neighborhoods.com Agent Portal.

There are no upfront costs to become a neighborhoods.com real estate expert with our Partner Agent Program. There are also no pay-per-lead fees, advertising fees, or monthly fees. The neighborhoods.com Partner Agent Program will not cost you anything unless we can put qualified prospects in your hands that result in a transaction for you.
