Kyrene De La Esperanza School

With 2 students attending I found this school to be more than excellent! The teachers and office staff are amazing!

it was amazing and the teachers and staff were great. I also really like the current principal Dr. Greene and vice principal Ms. Leftwich.

I am gone from Kyrene schools and I could not be more happy! My son attended Esparanda till 6th grade. What a stressful time those years were. He was not an A student but very smart I was told at every teacher meeting. They also ran it to the ground about his attention span to the point of almost diagnoseing my son ADD. He was just bored as I was with looking at the same old mountain this and mountain that work sheets that at times were so badly copied words were missing in instructions! The amount of homework was rediculous and expectations for book reports before kids are even reading well? Come on! At open houses it was clear some of the work displayed was done by parents as children in 1st 2 grade just aren't as sophisticated in language and vocabulary as this work displayed. Back here in Ohio not one teacher has ever mentioned attention span to me about my son , also the homework is resonable and age appropriate. No need for parents so stressed out by helping to keep that excelling label do their kids book reports.

My experience with this school has been very pleasant.the teachers are well trained,friendly ,caring,and open minded.The teaching is great and the curriculum challenging.....my child loved this school.
