Having transferred from Cocopah because of the terrible culture, bullying, huge classes, and (some) really bad teachers, I can't say enough about the leadership of this school. At Cocopah, as a parent, it was incredibly frustrating. No one answered emails. I even started sending notes with my child to the teachers and again no response. I met with the principal who was sympathetic but able to offer no solutions. From the minute my daughter arrived on Mohave's campus the difference was obvious; polite, happy students, engaged teachers and a fantastic principal. It is definitely a more diverse demographic, and that is a good thing. It has some truly outstanding teachers, responsive administration, and just a great all-round experience.

This is a fantastic Middle School! Starting with the administration who truly and deeply cares for the kids well-being through the amazing staff and teachers that work so hard to provide a quality/meaningful education for all students. There are a wide variety of activities for the students to get involved in from Sports, Cheerleading, Choir, Drama Club, Robotics, Future Cities, Street Hockey, StuGo, dances and field trips! I highly recommend it, just stop by for a tour and see for yourself.

Really happy with this school! My son is in a special ed program called Social, Communication, Academic (or something like that - SCA is the initials). He is getting a lot more support than he's ever gotten before. The teachers and staff are awesome and they really seem to care about the kids.
