Navajo Elementary School

I've had many years experience at Navajo having had 5 children and 2 grandchildren attend. It has been a wonderful time with many happy memories.

We have had an amazing experience in this STEAM focused learning environment. It's not just about the subjects which they are learning but about the process and the problem solving!

I am incredibly impressed with the STEAM focus at the school. I had no expectations of what could be offered by a public school, and am so pleased to see my Kindergartner has experience with ipads, computers, building physics projects, playing musical instruments, and participating in an art club. The higher grades have even more impressive projects!

I don’t believe this website properly updates the test scores and information regarding the school. This school was recognized as an A+ school in Az last year. Navajo is a fantastic school with a true community feel. The population is diverse and everyone is accepted for who they are. The STEAM curriculum challenges my children to think critically and problem solve using creativity and imagination. My kids love going to school at Navajo and we are very happy with their progress.
