Now all it needs is a new buyer to make it happen.

Purchased for $1.325 million last year, the property is now back on the market asking $3.485 million. That price includes the site and the approved building plans.

Along with the residences and commercial space, plans also call for a central courtyard, bike storage, and utility rooms. The wood-frame construction atop a concrete podium will be designed with green and energy efficient features in mind.
