Biltmore Shadows, CalAtlantic Homes’ newest premier enclave in the Camelback East Village neighborhood of Phoenix, has just kicked off sales and is welcoming the public to check out their luxury development, per a press release.

The community has limited availability, offering only 10 homes in the heart of the city near the posh neighborhoods of The Biltmore and Arcadia.

Three designs are offered for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom homes. Square footage ranges between 2,101 to 2,593 and three exterior options — Hacienda, Spanish or Italianate — are designed to complement the community’s paver-clad streets. The community is also gated for extra privacy.

Open concept plans highlight foyers and large great rooms while private courtyards and rear yards bring the outdoors in through a moveable wall of glass. Master suites are generous in size and include ensuite baths.

Five move-in ready homes are available, with one model home open for viewing and four open lots remaining, per the builder’s website. All residences are available for sale with prices starting at $547,950.
