Condo Development Ready to Replace River North's Citizen Bar
The River North building that once housed Citizen Bar will be knocked down. The cleared site and the next-door parking lot will soon be home to a new condo building, according to Curbed Chicago.
The condo building, Three Sixty West, was previously announced. But, the development just received the go-ahead to clear the Citizen Bar building.
The condo building at 360 West Erie St. will feature 38 three-bedroom units and 52 parking spaces. Three Sixty West will have amenities like a fitness room and a rooftop lounge. The units will go for $1.1 million to $1.8 million.
The building is being developed by Belgravia Group and designed by GREC Architects, according to the report.
