Del Pueblo Communities has purchased Harper’s Nursery in Scottsdale for $1.69 million, per AZ Big Media. 

Located at the southeast corner of Hayden Road and Virginia Avenue, near the Casa Amigos neighborhood, the property will provide 1.79-aces for what is intended to be a single-family attached development.

Though no other details were revealed about the future development, the builders have a long history in the Valley, having built over 1,000 homes throughout Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

For an idea of what may transpire, their current development Wilshire Villas in Scottsdale will offer six floorplans and range between 947 and 1,535 square feet. Amenities include designer lighting, nine-foot ceiling heights, Tuscan-inspired interior and exterior designs, and patios. Buyers will also enjoy a community pool.
