Covered in Instagrammable murals (one says “Don’t quit your daydream”) and stocked with a burgeoning lineup of hip retail tenants, the Foundry District opened in 2016 to add a dose of millennial creativity to the West 7th Street District in Downtown Fort Worth. M2G Ventures’ development is still adding retailers, and now some residential options are on the way: Bisnow reports the Fort Worth-based Fort Capital broke ground on a multifamily rental project and townhomes in the area that are slated to be complete later this year.

The Townhomes at The Foundry will offer 16, three-story, 2,000-square-foot units with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bedrooms, and two-car garages that will start at $430,000. The stand-alone units boast rooftop terraces and include smartphone-controlled features such as locks, lighting, and surveillance systems.

The rental project, Fort201, will have 72 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Rents there will start at $1,075 for the smallest units.
