Want to live minutes from the "Garlic Capital of the World?” KB Home can make it happen with the grand opening of their latest community, Monterey Parque

Per Builder Online, the new neighborhood in Morgan Hill consists of 52 townhomes and six single-family detached homes. One of the most expensive places to live in Silicon Valley because of the high concentration of wealth and upscale neighborhoods, Morgan Hill houses multiple high-tech companies, a luxury hospital, year-round farmers markets, and several wineries.

The community offers a prime location with access to U.S. Route 101 and the Morgan Hill Caltrain station. The residences are also set on a hillside overlooking the historic downtown. It’s also just a 30-minute drive to nearby Gilroy, where all your garlic needs will be met.

Townhomes offer three floor plans with the largest having four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Sizes range between 1,620 to 2,086 square feet and pricing begins in the mid $600,000s.

Detached single-family homes also offer four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths but come with 2,440 square feet of space. Pricing starts at $899,000.

All of the homes will be built to Energy Star guidelines and will include WaterSense faucets and fixtures. They’ll also come with a two-car garage and upgraded design options.

Model homes are currently open and ready for viewing.
