California developer Full Star Properties began construction for a new 28-story mixed-use condominium building earlier this year. Six months later, residents are finally seeing some progress. The upcoming residential development, which is located at 1133 S. Hope St., will rise as a new fixture in the DTLA neighborhood of South Park.

Per Urbanize, the tower will highlight 200 condo units, 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a parking garage. The much-anticipated structure will feature a mixture of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom penthouse units. Building amenities also include a fitness center, library, meeting room with kitchen, media room, swimming pool, and spa. According to the renderings, the contemporary-style building will also have balconies in many units.

Award-winning Vancouver-based firm Chris Dikeakos Architects has been tapped to design the 330-foot high-rise structure. A timeline for the mixed-use project is TBD.
