New brownstone-style homes are now available in National Harbor. The homes range from three- to four-bedrooms, and are only three blocks from downtown shops and the Potomac riverfront.

According to UrbanTurf, while some homes are ready for buyers to move right in, others are available to be customized. Homes come standard with three bedrooms, but are customizable for up to four. An on-site interior designer is available to help plan out flooring, cabinetry, lighting, appliances, and more, for an even more personalized home. Each home has a terrace and a two-car garage.

Among the community amenities are those perks that come with the area. National Harbor boasts multiple walking, jogging, and biking paths, trails that run along the Potomac River, a marina, piers, shopping, and entertainment. The school district is Prince George’s County, MD, and schools include Fort Foote Elementary, Oxon Hill Middle School, and Oxon Hill High School.

A model home is available to be viewed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 500 Rampart Way in National Harbor, Maryland. Homes are priced starting at $629,990.
