Real estate company Toll Brothers were pleasantly surprised to see hundreds of prospective homeowners flock to the grand opening of Cascades, its newest luxury master-planned community in Porter Ranch, located in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. According to Builder, a whopping 500 groups of potential home buyers, most of whom were Southern California residents, toured the new contemporary-style homes. The company hopes the community’s modern architecture, open-floor concepts, and highly desirable location will motivate buyers to move to its Porter Ranch site.

The Cascades Collections will come in six formats including The Castor, The Castor Elite, The Cressida, The Elara, The Elara Elite, and The Vega. Home designs will range from 4,400 to 5,400 square feet and feature four- to five-bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living areas, and a garage for up to three vehicles. Residents will also be able to personalize their homes with options to add third-floor bonus rooms, covered balconies, and gourmet kitchens. Home prices start at $1.3 million.

Per a Toll Brothers press release, the open-format luxury residences offer residents master bedroom suites and master bathroom retreats, spacious walk-in kitchen pantries, double-volume ceilings, an abundance of natural lighting, and sprawling views of the city. The master-planned community allows homeowners easy access to high-quality school, as well as a retail center and 50-acre park, both of which are currently being constructed.
