Ritz-Carlton Luxury Condo Project in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Opens New Sales Center
Another ritzy condo development is coming to Miami. Signaling the imminent arrival of its 52-story condo development, the Real Deal reports the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach just opened a $1 million sales gallery across the street from the tower-in-progress.
The waterfront tower, which broke ground last summer, will include 212 units with amenities like wine chillers and cappuccino makers. Building amenities include a restaurant, pool deck, kids club, spa, fitness center and wellness center, plus a private club level on the 33rd floor.
The development is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Florentine architect Michele Bönan. The building opens on the side into a striking, staircase-like facade with decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Presales are at about 64 percent for the tower, including three of five penthouses. Prices range from $1.9 million to $30 million for penthouses.
Head on over to the Real Deal for more images of the project. It's scheduled to be complete in 2019.
