A stalled luxury condo development planned for Houston’s University Place is getting a restart from a new developer, the Houston Business Journal reports.

Sudhoff Cos. is set to finish construction on the seven-story, six-unit condo mid-rise formerly called Morningside Mansion Flats and now rebranded as The Moderne Rice Village.

The former Houston developers, Tourelle Venture, broke ground on the project in 2015. They left the condo units unfinished, and buyers passed on the incomplete units.

Architect Cameron Armstrong is designing the building, which will include six two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom units sized at 2,690 square feet. The units feature two balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end finishes. Prices for the units range from $1.4 million to just over $2 million.
