The 7.8-acre development consists of 114 attached two-story townhomes come in either a three-plex or six-plex ranging from 1,430 to 1,946 square feet. The collection of contemporary Craftsman-style residences come in three floor plans, from two- to four-bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and private two-car garages. Homeowners will have the option of customizing their residence with a private backyard, additional loft/den, and/or spacious balconies.

Centerhouse residents will also have access to featured amenities, including a paseo and a pool. The company announced its sales launch for January 2018 with model homes available for viewing by Spring 2018.
