Cypress Waters is the newest master-planned development to come to Dallas-Fort Worth. So far, it has had no difficulty attracting corporate clients to its available office space. The latest company to announce its relocation to Cypress Waters is UWorld, a company that specializes in e-learning and exam preparation.

UWorld is relocating to Cypress Waters from its previous location at 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway to 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd., also in Irving. Cypress Waters is a 1,000-acre master-planned community developed by Billingsley Co. It will include 4.5 million square feet of office space, 150,000 square feet of retail space, and 10,000 multifamily units.

UWorld joins other corporate clients at Cypress Waters, including CoreLogic, 7-11, One Source, Toyota Financial, Brinker International, and BT America. The building that UWorld is moving into is a 215,000-square-foot, four-story building designed by GFF Architects.

The extra office space is an excellent fit for UWorld. The location is conveniently located five minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas.

“Since UWorld has recently launched its SAT, MCAT, and College Prep products, we needed a space that could accommodate our rapid employee growth. The modern facilities and the proximity to retail provide our employees exactly what they need,” Chandra Pemmasani, CEO of UWorld, said in a statement.

Cypress Water is already 95 percent leased, according to a statement from Billingsley Co.
