After two years of redevelopment, D.C.'s Wardman Tower now has homes on the market, WTOP reported. The Woodley Park building offers 32 condominiums, with two to four bedrooms per unit.

Pricing for the homes starts at $2.5 million and reaches $9 million, WTOP noted. JBG Smith, who worked with development partner North America Sekisui House LLC, said 12 homes have already been sold or are under contract. Homes range from 2,200 to 4,600 square feet.

The historic building — which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 — has been home to many influential D.C. residents, including Dwight D. Eisenhower, Lyndon B. Johnson, Herbert Hoover, and Marlene Dietrich, WTOP said.

It was designed by Mihran Mesrobian and built in 1928, said WTOP. Mesrobian is responsible for the design of two iconic D.C. hotels, the Hay Adams Hotel and the St. Regis Hotel, both within blocks of the White House.

Individual amenities include balconies in select units. Building amenities include rooftop terraces, a fitness center, club rooms, outdoor garden and underground parking, according to WTOP.
