Waterfront Condos and Townhomes For Sale in Old Town Alexandria

Sales for Robinson Landing in Old Town Alexandria are officially open. The new development offers both townhomes and condominiums near the waterfront area of the neighborhood.

The 70 condominiums will feature floor-to-ceiling windows framing waterfront views, according to the community’s website. Unit features include an outdoor terrace, updated appliances, European-style cabinetry, and semi-private elevator lobbies. 

The 26 townhomes will have 10-foot ceilings on the main level, open floor plans, two-car garages, and rooftop terraces. According to the website, community amenities include a fitness center, concierge service, and pet grooming. 

Old Town is known for its historic charm and small-town feel while only being a short distance from D.C. The walkable neighborhood boasts a vibrant restaurant scene, small businesses, and a farmers market.

“Few waterfront cities offer the kind of historic grace and charm you find in Old Town Alexandria,” the Robinson Landing website said. “Here, quaint boutiques and fine restaurants line quiet walkable streets. You can stroll to the farmers market, run along a riverside trail, or stop to admire the work of local artists.”

According to the website’s listing, pricing for condominiums starts at $1,265,000 and for townhomes at $1,695,000.
