Excellent school! We were with Beatty for 6 years and we have another 5 more years to go. Every single teacher we had was an outstanding professional, extremely dedicated and caring and making learning fun.Don't make conclusions by rumors or what you see from outside of school. Volunteer in your child's class or school events, you will see how much principle, teachers, and all staffs put their hearts into our children.
Strongly bad and terrible, this people felt over the top, saying that be in this school is a privilege, when you know that is every kid right to go to the school, they’re wrong.
Beatty is an excellent school - mostly because of the strong commitment of administration, teachers, and para-educators for love the students they work with every day. All of them go the extra mile, and love what they do. It is very evident! Disregard all the ignorant comments made by people about the unclean restrooms or the inadequate technology updates. iPads are in every classroom, there is differentiated instruction for all students, and there are several programs being given to students at all times. Instead of complaining, you should become a volunteer in your child's class - you will see right away how much Beatty School stands true to it's pledge : Where everyone shows the Beatty Way - they Respect others, they are Responsible for their learning, and the Show the Beatty Way - because it's the right thing to do!
This is my kids first year at Beatty so I really can't tell much yet but one thing I have to say is the bathrooms are FILTHY and GROSS!!! I am really concerned about my kids using the bathrooms in such conditions, and even more concerned that no one has reported this to public health department. Something definitely needs to be done! If you need volunteers you should ask, since it seems to be a problem that the school or district is ok with. I'm looking into Emery to see if it is the same, otherwise I will transfer my kids as soon as I can because this is a health hazard!!! VERY CONCERNED PARENT!!!
