Holder Elementary School

From the first day of school I really liked Mrs. Crain, then I had the opportunity to meet the principal and I love the way he treats the children, he speaks to each of them by name and Takes the time to greet them personally in the mornings while he directs the traffic.All are very kind, the young lady who opens the door in the mornings, the ladies of the office, teachers' assistants, teachers, volunteers etc ...

We were transferred over from Cerritos for the TK program. We were absolutely satisfied with our daughter being there. Dr. Friedman is an amazing principal, he interacts with the kids daily and also interacts with the parents. He is always directing traffic in the parking lot before and has someone directing after school to help keep it going smoothly. The office staff and teachers are all incredible and personable. We would definitely stay at Holder if we had not moved out of the state. As a parent I felt very comfortable dropping my child off and going about my day while she was there. My daughters teacher was amazing and worked very well with each child.

We absolutely love Holder! My daughter is in Kindergarten now (with the amazing Miss Sharp) and will continue on to 1st grade here. This is the main reason we have decided to stay in the area. My husband and I commute a bit further to work but this school and our daughter's education is worth it! Go Holder Hawks! :)

I love this school. There are just some things that should be taken into consideration. Like an all day preschool, special education for preschool and up. Fundraisers that you can buy the items online. This way family and friends that don't live near you can purchase too.
