Sumner Danbury has been a wonderful place for my family. The staff has been kind and understanding. I've been greatly impressed by the new administration. Mr. Ward has an extensive background in Special Ed, which has been extremely beneficial for my family.Thank you Sumner Danbury!

I love this school. I transferred my daughter here from another school in claremont (condit). And all I have to say is do not be fooled by these ratings of schools or API scores. These numbers do not tell you: 1. If the children at the school are happy, 2. are the teachers nice? 3. Do the kids at the school have behavior problems? 4. Are there bullying issues? I feel that parents look at high scores at a school and determine that the school is good based on a number, that is far from true. Take the time to look deeper. Since putting my child in Sumner they have improved so much.

Both myself, and my brother attended Sumner Kindergarten-6th Grade. The staff is so lovely and so personable, that my brother and I still keep in contact with the teachers that we had at Sumner. Danbury School was integrated onto the campus my 2nd grade year, and it taught me to treat everyone the same, no matter what their differences may be. That is a great lesson to teach at such an impressionable age. I have stayed in Sumner's district so that my future children will be able to attend such an amazing school.

Hi my name is Neil Solis and I married Cindy Sanchez 6 months ago. Both us started in Kindergarden and graduated from Sumner 2001. I Believe Sumner is a great place to send your kids, they will develop great relationship skills and graduate with a drive to want to become someone great. Several of my graduating classmates are successful people doing amazing things for this country and their communities. Hope this helps!
