Anderson Elementary School

The principal makes everything difficult. I had to report issues to the district's superintendent because of how this school runs. The teachers are either incredible or horrible. There is no in-between. The staff is very helpful, but again the principal will make sure they can not give more help. They also do not provide resources for parents. More of a figure it out or you are screwed attitude. No holiday celebration what so ever. Fun fact: children have to be quiet in the cafeteria. I do not recommend, this is not a safe school when it comes to mental health or social/emotional growth. They focus strictly on academic scores. So many other choices in Compton for our youth.
