the WORST campus I have every worked at. I would not work there again if they paid me double. The problem is not the location or the students, it is the ADMINISTRATION.

Some of the office staff are very rude. It is understandable that some of the parents are not the easiest to deal with but to have a rude approach for no reason, this does not make this school any better. I believe that this school this school would have better results if all it's staff changed their attitude.

After reading many of the responses below, it is ever more apparent that this school under Dr. Kiela Snider (Formally Bonelli) has done wonderful things in changing the overall atmosphere of the school. The students love going here, there are virtually no more fights, less than three a year, the teachers are remaining in the school instead of moving to a "better" school. This school also just became one of only eleven schools to be recognized as a National Schools to Watch school. See this link for info on what this means http://www.clms.net/stw/criteria.htm I am proud to be a part of this amazing school and all of the hard work that has gone in to making it THE school to attend in PSUSD. Keep up the great work DSMS staff and students!

The teachers are hard working and dedicated to their students. The principle (Dr. Bonelli, must have bought her degree online) is a joke and doesn't seem to care for much of anything. Why isn't the school board doing something about this woman ruining the school. Having been a teacher myself (30+years LAUSD) I can tell you the teachers here have no rights and is working for a tyrant. Again the teachers are great, I wish I could say the same for the administration.
