Dr. Augustine Ramirez Intermediate School

This school is horrible for students with disability. My daughter was treated like second class citizen by the administrators who were quick to suspend her without providing her with appropriate behavioral intervention. Her one-on-one was disconnected and mean, and the school did not provide my daughter with a least restrictive education as stated by IDEA. They did not respect my daughter's dignity and rights, and instead tried to send her home whenever issues arise. My daughter exhibited worsened behavior when she spent 2 years here and we're hoping we can fix the harm. If your child has special needs, the teacher and administrators here are not recommended.

Ramirez Intermediate is an outstanding school. The school was recently recognized by the Department of Education as a California Gold Ribbon School for its outstanding academic and technology programs. Music, band, robotics, technology, Chinese, Spanish, art, sports, video production, AVID, Yearbook, ASB/Leadership, two electives, top notch academics, fantastic teachers and staff. Ramirez has it all. It is a great place to go to school and learn.

Amazing School! Very happy with the teachers and administrators. The teachers are very involved with students.

Good School. Nice teachers. Great Equipment to ebhance student productivity. Howerver, more promising students needs more challenge.
