Overall I'd give it an 8/10. I like how they are proactive with the students in helping them focus on their goals and setting them up for it. I like how they do advocacy for students to be in so it helps give them guidance when needed. If they were to improve, it would probably be better communication, it's a bit tricky this year with the Covid crisis, so I felt they lacked that when they went on break, and the online learning should have been done sooner than later, but it is what it is.
