Vista View Middle School

This school needs to teach that bullying is not acceptable! My girlfriends son is new to the school. He was put in a head lock and given a black eye by a bully, his excuse was because he brushed up against him. Why should both kids get punished and the incident not dealt with in the right manner? Clearly this boy has anger issues! The kid should be suspended for causing bodily harm. I hope the Principil does the right thing. Stop bullying! Hold assemblies to teach children it's wrong! Thank you

If you are looking into this school...DON"T!!!! This schools follows right in step with the Ocean View School District and does not put the kids first!!! We are in our last year there and can't wait for it to end. They are on there 3rd Principal in that time. Each one is worse then the one before! Teachers care only for what fits into there life and do as little as they can to work with the students!!! Don't get me wrong there are some good ones and I feel bad that they are there!!! If you are smart I would go anywhere but here!!!!

This is the best middle school in the Ocean View school district for an inclusive and diverse population. There are excellent programs here and very dedicated teachers and staff. Administration is involved and consistent. Kids that may find it hard to fit in to typical beach schools such as Marine View will find an accepting and supportive environment at Vista View. Only con is the lack of parent involvement here, the weakest parent support I have seen.

IF ICOULD I WOULD RATE THIS SCHOOL WITH NO STARS, VISTA VIEW IS RAN BY A PRINICAPAL WITH NO BACK BONE AND A VISE PRINCIPAL WITH NO IDEA WHAT TO DO, THEY PRAISE THE CHILDREN WHO ARE QUICK LEARNERS WHILE THEY PUNISH CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT VISTA IS MS. RICO AND MR. SHETLAND
