The school is Ok, but they do need alot more help from the district. When it comes to supplies, im impressed how bad it is.I was about to change my 2 kids to a diferent school this year , but one of my boys who is a 3rd grader almost cried because finally he had his "Percect Tacher ". Mr. Golden, and i'd say he is the best, he knows how to get students to read, practice math. Just the fact that my son was loving to be involved in school activities was an eye opener. Thanks Mr.Golden. i will be forever greatfull.

Great school. The teachers in the magnet program are the best. They dedicate all the attention to the students as individual. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

I feel very blessed to have my children attend San Antonio elementary. They have great staff and the best magnet teachers. I have seen great improvement in the aesthetics of the grounds in the last couple of years. There are people truly dedicated and deeply passionate working at and for that school.

Overall, a very dedicated staff with a number of high quality dedicated teachers. Students are encouraged to read quite often through the STAR reading program. San Antonio has had a "hands-on" approach to learning since its inception in '94. Mrs. Etherveerasingham is at the pinnacle of a strong magnet program. She has led the school through modeling, dedication, and inspiration since the school's opening. Ms Nim works tirelessly day in and day out to provide the best education and career opportunities for not only her fifth graders, but the entire student body. Ms Delfs is extremely resourceful in language arts as a resource teacher. Mr. and Mrs. Guerrero are both tireless and exceptionally professional in providing foundation to pre-K and kindergarten students. Mrs. Hall brings in many resources to leave lasting impressions on students. Mr. Golden noticeably inspires students in mathematics. Ms Cano and Mrs. Martinez develop strong reading cultures among their students. Ms Gomez, among the new dedicated NBC teachers, uses lots of out-of-the-classroom experiences to make reading come to life. There are an equal number of great staff not mentioned, but gifted.
