It is my personal experience as a Mayfair Student parent to give them a score of 9/10 for the following reasons:reason 1 : Teachers really care for students to strive, but it is our work to keep our children motivatedreason 2: Mandarin Language is a big win win if you want your child to learn and explore a new language, No other High schools in the area offers this class as an Elective Course.reason3: School's staff maintain safety during school hours, and will inform us of any issue.reason 4: this school offer technical careers while you are in High school that will help to start working part time while studying for college to earn a degree.Overall Mayfair is not a bad choice but a very smart move.

It is a nasty and dirty school that lacks in the being supportive of adv. learning experiences and would rather focus on sports or athletic activities.

Terrible learning environment and the restrooms are always dirty. Most teachers that I've had were horrible at explaining the material. And many students are troublemakers and no one corrects them. The school administration is lazy and not helpful. Mayfair needs to clean up.

Great teachers, however the students constantly misbehave, there arent a lot of sports programs or arts programs to choose from. Sports are ok, and the arts programs are ok. They dont offer very many rigorous honors programs. The administration doesnt really listen to concerns of the students or the parents. They cancelled clubs day a day where they sell food to earn money for clubs so clubs are suffering. Homecoming is now in the really sweaty school gym with a snack booth ( Im comparing it to when we had it at knotts) There isnt a lot of school spirit and there is a excessively negative enviornment. The campus is pretty dirty, especially the bathrooms which has some grafitti, unflushed and clogged toilets, water(Im assuming) flooded on the floor and there is almost always no soap. If you are looking for a school that is slightly below average than here you go. Just take my advice and go somewhere else if you want a great high school experience.
