This school has some really good teachers. For the most part I think the students enjoy attending the school. Some of the counselors are not good, and I'm not impressed by the principle. The college counselor is one of the best there is. Need to work on the extra curriculum activities especially the sports, need better coaches.

This school is a really good school no doubt ,but the main problem with the school is the stress that the students get into. Then there is the sports and clubs , king drew is not really associated with their clubs and sports. They are more focused with the academics and respect towards that ,but also students need to take a break and just relax . They need to have time also for other curricular activities.Sure students need the grades to pass ,but without something to motivate them to pass, there is more stress on their backs which causes king drew students to transfer to another school.
