1949 thru 1951, grades 4 thru 6 with Mortensen, Wise and Stone, it offered great courses, a good library and cafeteria. We were allowed ample playground time and had both art and PE teachers weekly. This school psychologist who worked with schools for 33 years wishes current day students were offered the same. Too much time taken now to teach to politician's tests.
We are blessed to have found and been accepted to Wild Rose Elementary School. Both my boys have the most caring and kind teachers. They are thoughtful, helpful and all around amazing.
Wild Rose is one of the best schools in Monrovia. As a staff member, I do see that we all truly care about the wellbeing and education of students.
We have 4 elementary schools in the area and I believe my kids go to the best one!!!
