Please, Please parents begin to start looking for another school for your children. This school is unfortunately not even a school, they lack curriculum preparation, they have a citation with their school district, the director is desperate to keep the students which I think it is selfish of her knowing that 90% of the students left, and the current ones are failing. Why would you want to continue to keep the students here when you (the director) know that it will take more than one school year to bring up the students grades? It would be selfish to have them continue at this school. Many parents are blinded and brain washed by her, she is not kind like I thought she was. About 3 staff left last year, and more then half of the students left as well, this should be a BIG RED FLAG, do NOT enroll your kids here. Thank you!. My Kid is still and barely catching up. it has take him an entire year to catch up a bit, not yet at grade level, but almost there.

I'm not sure why someone seems to have an agenda against the director, but she is a kind, hardworking leader who fought hard to help save the school while the city wrongfully did everything in it's power to shut it down. My children love their teachers and have inproved greatly this year. The faculty and staff work hard to instill good character traits in the students. It's a safe, family atmosphere.

This is a safe school where the kids are encouraged and monitored to use kind and encouraging words and actions towards others. The school feels like a small family; everyone knows each other. Teachers and personnel work diligently with all the students and parents. Additional accomodations are given to the children of English as a second language and to the children who require special services.

There was lots of bullying and nothing really was done. Even the 1st grade teacher Mrs K. was mean to the kids and told them often to "shut up!". She was not prepared to teach kids or anyone. There are some good teachers there trying to make a difference, but the administration is very taxed and it shows. Avoid this School.
