Stuart Mesa Elementary School

Preschool program was awful, this is a statewide epidemic though. How about setting aside some funding for additional teachers or at least free pre-k for all if parents are required to be present a minimum number of hours each month. Whoever decided the whole parental presence requirement to run a pre-k class, should be institutionalized. There must be an exemption made for families with 2 active-duty parents, period!

The worst school I’ve ever been involved with and I wish my kids were given a better option and shame on the marine corps for providing such an awful school to our kids. We don’t choose to be here, they do and this is what is available for us.

Long story short, a substitute teacher played “rockstar” by post Malone and the principal didn’t seem too bothered by it. We removed our kids and placed them in a different school. The district was amazing in helping with that. A formal complaint was filed. This was not the first issue with rated R things in this school.

I like how they interact with kids and have family activities, but I think they need to work on some of the teacher because sometime my kid doesn't even have homework and sometimes the teacher send late information about programs to their parents. That makes my kid lose a chance of a program that might help her on her education.
