Terra Nova High School

This school is in a state of perpetual underpermance, except for progress made in the music department. Its feeder primary schools make vast efforts to upgrade music programs; however, underperform in core academics. It prepares students for junior college or CSU at best. Students must endeavor to achieve beyond what the school offers. Schools are supposed to strengthen over time - this one stagnates in mediocrity. A massive change in infrastructure is overdue.

I love the school. I would recommend it to anyone Who is thinking about going into a high school in daily city or Pacifica . I started off at Oceana for half of my first year, I hated it! There School environment was not for me. Students were super clicky, on the other hand at Terra Nova I found new friends quickly and everyone seem to be so nice including teachers.

Great location plus more sport activities for student to choose from, great teachers!!!

Covered teacher absences on a few occasions. In my opinion, the obstinate behavior displayed by the student body stems from the campus wide drug problem and an inability on the part of the administration to deal effectively with this problem. I felt no support whatsoever from the staff. Bad set up for anyone who takes the profession seriously.
