We had an awesome Kindergarten experience. All the KG teachers helped each other along with the parents. Ask for Ms. Hernandez, she is hard but fair.

I graduated 6th grade here in the early 1990s with Honors. My teachers were kind and seemed to care about teaching. Cafeteria was clean as well as the school yard. I remember the Science fair and all the interesting science projects that were displayed. There were a couple of trouble maker students. But then again there is always a handful of bad apples in every batch. Though overall I had a good experience BACK THEN.

Great teachers, but students at the school need more discipline, my daughter in kinder had her homework and materials stolen occasionally, was bullied and harassed by one student who caused most of the other students to pick on her. Some of the parents are just as bad, my kindergartener was harassed by the bullies older siblings in front of the bullies parent and she encouraged it and never stopped her child, I had to step in multiple times and have meetings with the teacher. The teachers are amazing but can only do so much about bullying, if they don't catch it not much can be done, I believe there should be better policies in place to help prevent bullying but there is not, I have taken my child out for that reason. It should never be as bad as it was in kinder, its unbelievable. Teachers are amazing and well educated, but the community needs some help and stricter punishment for bullies that will affect both bully and the bullies parent to help parents actually talk to their children and stop the harassment, it all starts at home, we as parents have to give our children the tools to coincide with the rest of the community and build a stronger school, if these students are like this in kinder I'm scared to see what they will be like in future grades, the cycle needs to stop.
