Plain white vanilla. Not great by any means but enough to get you by.
This school is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My kindergartener wandered off the property during recess because she was not being supervised. The principal admitted that this was not the first time she had been found wandering around. There is a complete lack of care or responsible supervision for the lower grades.
I'm so glad we gave this, our neighborhood school, a chance! I wanted to put in for a transfer because of the low scores online. We decided to try out kindergarten and see how it went -- I'm so glad we did! This school is a great fit for my kids and for us as a family. My kids are blossoming as little human beings and learning more about being members of the community than can be shown in test scores. Academic achievement is important but so is being a kind and thoughtful person. I'm extremely happy with our experience so far.
I was apprehensive to have my daughter attend this school because the score online was lower than the other surrounding schools. Boy was I glad I decided to go to this school! It's such a gem! Teachers are fantastic, principal is one of the best (earned administrator of the year last year), custodians are super friendly, office staff are like family and know every child so well. PTA is very prominent , and there are so many amazing families too. My children both love attending Gregory Gardens. And my husband I and love it too. Is so great sending your children to a thief community school. I always know there is a parent to help out if I ever need it.
