Their VP is not patient at all. She did not even try to help you. She just does not want to be bothered.

Excellent. I would love to see another blue ribbon award.

I have never written a review for anything thus far, but what we experienced at this school has forced me to share our grievances. We have recently moved to Pleasanton. We enrolled our child in the kindergarten program at Mohr, given that our child was enrolled in the joint TK/K program in his previous school. Our child was happily enrolled, no questions asked. We were pleasantly surprised as we were expecting some kind of assessment for our child before he get enrolled. Our son, who is already very good in math and reading, also settled pretty well in to the new school environment. The teacher also acknowledged that our child was doing quite well in math and reading and was ahead of the grade as far as these skills were concerned. One month down the line, we hear from the Principle that apparently our child was not supposed to be in K, and that they cannot continue him in the program? We were aghast. The reason being that they got report from our son's old school informing that our child was in the TK portion of the TK/K program and that he does not meet the Sept 1st deadline. Our son missed the deadline by ~25 days. The principle with a straight face informed us that they made a mistake in enrolling our child in the first place I ask how an apology is sufficient? Our child spend a month in a new school getting accustomed to a new environment and when he was beginning to feel comfortable.. you throw the child out!!! This is quite un American I should say...We spoke with the Principle to explain to us how is it that our child was perfectly suited to K program until they got the news that he is no longer suited. Through no fault of our child he has suffered and is now quite upset that he cannot continue his schooling with his new friends. We are at lost to explain what happened to him at school.Simply because of misunderstanding on their part, our child is now left in limbo!!
