Henry Ford Elementary School

We've been at Henry Ford for almost 10 years and LOVE it! This little neighborhood gem used to be the best kept secret in town, but it's not a secret anymore. The teachers are kind and caring and work hard to meet each students learning needs. The parents are highly involved and the kids are inspired to love learning. Highly recommend HF. (Go Mustangs!)

Teachers at this school are fantastic. Lynne Griffiths (principal) is a rude, bureaucratic bully. She needs to go.

Henry Ford is a lovely neighborhood school right in the heart of Woodside Plaza. It's a pleasure to wave to all the other families who walk/bike/scooter in to school each morning...there are so many that we are getting a second bike rack! This school is a great cornerstone for my children to connect with their community. My son has already developed the confidence and skills to independently bike to neighborhood playdates and meetups.Henry Ford also sets strong early academic foundation, particularly in K-2 grades. Over 20% of students place into North Star Academy magnet school each year.

Henry Ford is made up of a kind, dedicated and welcoming team of staff and families, collectively working to create a positive academic and social environment. After being at this school for almost three years, we feel like one of the best things about it is its diverse mix of really nice, down to earth people who want what's best for kids on a holistic level - encompassing academics, play & social development. Henry Ford is a wonderful place for kids to spend their days.
