Lafayette Elementary School

This couple weeks at Lafayette has been a nightmare for my daughter, this is not a good place for a kid with a disability.

We have been delighted with our child's experience this year as a new student at Lafayette. He loves going to school every day, excited to learn. Walking by the classrooms, you see and hear joyful learning taking place! The teachers are highly skilled and experienced. The administration, Principal Anne McCarty especially, are hands-on, personable and accessible. The PTA has improved its participation ten-fold in just one year, with PTA leaders who work hard to provide for the school community. The campus is lovely with trees, grass, and courtyards outside the classrooms. Most importantly, there is a tone of kindness. People say hello to one another. Kids from different grade levels know and care for one another.

Excellent! This school is like a family. They really work together to provide an amazing environment for their students!

My daughter was enrolled in a infant deaf/hearing loss program with Lafayette Elementary school when she was two years old. And our experience was wonderful. The staffs were awesome and so sweet, it was sad switching my daughter out of the school since we don't live nearby the school. But overall I recommend this school to anyone who wants a friendly and family oriented environment for your kids.
