Evergreen Valley High School

Disappointed in the education my student received here. Although the student body is essentially a positive group, and there were some highlights for them to focus on, the overall high-school experience was poor.

Only 64% of students are college eligible. Need I say more? Do the math. 64% of over 2000 students. The district has one of the highest paid teaching staff. Again, do the math. That's a huge waste of our tax dollars for such low student productivity.

I believe this school is growing. I attended a couple of principal's sessions and could feel strong enthusiasm from her. This school offers many great programs and clubs. Specifically, this school's debate team is the nation's best team (won 1st place multiple times in the national competitions). I visited several high schools in the area, and found that this school has the best campus and facilities.

It's too disappoint about LA teacher at grade 9 freshmen. She is not follow up with student and grade them on time in EV School loop.
