Montara Avenue Elementary School

I have 2 of my kids in this school unfortunaly I can't express satisfaction, in me only exist dissapointment from teachers, parents, administrators, community representatives and principal. I am been for the last 4 years trying to help but they dont make you feel welcome, for my knowledge and reading all the reviews they are going back, the web site for the school its from 2011-2012, they are no updates, the way teachers response to students regarding physical pain or illnesses are so poor, I write letters to the principal trying to help to shape up this technical issues with no improve or even the hope to try getting thing better, they are not preparing them to go to University, according to the State they must be teachIng them cursive in 3rd grade and they don't, this is a question that comes on the State Test when they try to apply to college or University, it is vain and confusing at the same time, I am thinking to change them, but I dont want this to keep happening to the rest of the students, Its their future and this School it is not really a life changing

One of the best school that I know in los angeles. Grate teachers and they always have a positive attitude. They led parents to get involve in the school. I really love the school.
