George Kelly Elementary School

We have two daughters at George Kelly and have been here for here years. We love the school as do our daughters. Our teachers are great, the school is new overall we love the school and are so glad it’s k-8 so our daughters can stay at the school for many more years!

School staff is not interested in mental well being of students and not willing to respond to parents concerns

I would NOT recommend this school. The principal and vice principal are both rude and should not be in the school system. A serious incident happened with my child and I was not notified. Upon arrival to pick her up, my child was withheld from me without reason. Subsequently, I called the police to help resolve the situation. Although, the situation was taken care of, to not notify parents when there is a situation is unacceptable in every way. School administration lacks necessary communication skills and is very nonchalant about it.

Honestly when I came to this school, I knew I wouldn't like it. I was bullied and yet Mrs. Wilson (principal) wouldn't do anything. I wish Mrs. Gill came back as our principal. She was a leader and she always helped. Rather than Mrs. Wilson just getting kids in trouble and talking rudely... Other than that the teachers are great. They help me get the education I need. I just go to school for learning not drama.
