absolutely horrible and i would never recommend anyone to attend this school they do not abide by district polices and they fully allow bullying with no consequences its repulsive to me how they can get away with this terrible behavior and unprofessional environment

Poet is a school that kids go to because it seems like a great school but as a student, when their are problems the staff can get involved when they are not needed.

Below average experience. Education depends on if you get a nightmare or a dream of a teacher. The school in many aspects is very superficial and few honestly listen or care. Many parents are not genuine or kind. Kids are often odd and will turn on one another. No social, friendship, or communication training or education. Kids are punished and not effectively educated in communicating properly. Kids concerns are not effectively handled and often times if a child does have issues they are labeled or pigeonholed!

Vicky, the yard duty, is insanely closed minded. I have heard from my younger siblings saying that she doesn't allow the one accused of anything, whether true, false, misinterpreted, etc. to tell his/her side of the story and blindly goes forward. My mom said that Vicky or someone else would ensure that Vicky would stop it, but she didn't. That info was as of 2010. Either she corrects her attitude, or she should get fired. There's no reason for people with that attitude to be working as a yard duty. Maybe they should search for a different job that doesn't deal with solving problems between people.
