Central Park

Central Park is a planned community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The neighborhood is made up of single-family homes along small ponds and scenic, winding roads all centering around a clubhouse with fantastic amenities. Residents of Central Park have access to a fitness center, resort-style pool, splash park, playground, tennis courts, and a 10-acres greenspace that includes a dog park, picnic area, and trails for walking and biking. The Lakewood Ranch YMCA is also nearby, as are B.D. Gullett Elementary School and Lakewood Ranch High School.
