Excellent! This school is not only wonderful at tailoring education but also exemplary as a "real-life" school. As a Title I, Frontier doesn't have the same advantage as other D20 schools, that sit in much more affluent areas; yet, it produces an academic experience that rivals those other schools.

My son was having trouble in his previous school (he was bullied on the bus and in class). They recommended I send him to Frontier instead and it has made a HUGE difference in his attitude about school. He no longer says he hates school, nor do I receive phone calls (they were almost weekly) about some incident where my son was pushed, or punched, or knocked down, etc. He has stopped hiding under desks, and crying every time he got out of school. Such a huge improvement.

So i went here for k-3, and it was horrible.Granit, this was a while back, but the Principle and Vice-principle were horrible! They treated staff members with zero respect and handle things horribly. The teachers there were actually really amazing and helpful while i was there. However, the kids.. not so much. There was a ton of bully-like kids who were absolutely down right rude. And even when you tried to tell an adult, no one would care and nothing would happen. The TAG program was good tho, and the teacher i had was magnificent. But overall, id say this is a not too good school.

The teachers are great at Frontier and work diligently with their students, despite the on going underlying tension from the current administration. It is unclear and unfortunate why the district does not bring in a more supportive leadership to this school. There could be more involvement in the PTA, but the work they do is amazing!
