Romero Elementary School

Great experience! If we would not move to another district we would never leave this school!

My child has gone here for 4 years and it has been a wonderful school to go to.The other school union colony did not deliver as promised.So I thought it would be a good idea to send him send him back to Bella.This school tests for GT and other advanced work or groups.In 2013 Bells T.S.A.P scores improved 13%.lets hope Bella does great just as in good 2014.I think this would be a great school for you child.

Romero is a wonderful place for your student to grow and learn. We teach values to students that will last a lifetime, as well as guide them towards success. As a teacher at Romero, I am amazed everyday by the culture of excellent achievement. I love being a part of such a positive and energetic atmosphere. The staff is innovative and driven to help our students reach their maximum potential. Students are excited to come to school everyday. Many families are from "out of zone" but choose to bring their students to Romero to be a part of our family.

My child attended this school for 2 years and when we moved to a new district we found out this school had been teaching him at least one grade level behind what he should have been taught. He had so many problems at this school and I was made to think (by teachers, the principal and staff) that it was something wrong with my child. Imagine my amazement when we switched schools and my son was a model student and had no issues all year. Unfortunatly, my son was over a year behind in all subjects because of this piss poor excuse for a school and is now repeating the second grade. At least I know he is in an school now that really cares. Bella Romero Elementary is a joke. they should close their doors because all they are is a glorified daycare...and a subpar on at that. If I could give zero stars I would have. Just TERRIBLE!
