My boys have both attended Alpine since Preschool and it has been an amazing experience! The focus at Alpine is on the whole child, and not just a test score. There is a system of support for those that need differentiation or challenge and my boys are being taught to problem solve and think for themselves, not just spew out facts. I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else.

My child attended Alpine from preschool thru kindergarten. We now have him at another school and are amazed at the difference. We are having to catch him up to the level the new school expects because his education at Alpine was insufficient. Everything about the school is poorly run. It starts with the principal, Dede, and trickles down. The drive line in the morning is a complete cluster and a disaster waiting to happen with cars cutting in and out. There is no order to the drive line at all. The teachers are trying but do not have support from the administration. There is no energy or excitement about this school and already in kindergarten, my child hated going to school every day. At his new school, he is engaged and happy and excited to get to school in the morning, as he should be as a kindergartener. We had high hopes for Alpine since the school was such a nice neighborhood school and close enough to walk to school every day. I would not recommend the school to anyone until their is a major overhaul in leadership and structure.

The front desk at Alpine Elementary is rude, there's one lady in particular that puts her nose where it doesn't belong. The teachers are all amazing, the school itself is wonderful. It's just the rude front desk lady that needs know that she is dealing with human beings.
