I enjoyed my time at Niwot High School.

Seeing how two sided most of the reviews are, you can deduct the conclusion that some have the greatest high school experience here, and some developers the lack of will to live after going to this school. The people who are happy here are a special select few that have rich parents that pay for after school tutoring. The people who absolutely despise this school are the ones who actually attend it and have this school’s real experience. To those students, this school destroys their hopes of being successful in where the entire staff is against them. The staff will bully you, tarnish your school record, and not prepare you for college, even if you get in. Most of the students I have talked with wishes they could leave, but their parents are under a false pretense that this school is great because of the few students that actually become successful, and the false reviews left on pages like these. Even the design of the school is depressing, where the building and the rooms in it are built like a prison. There are no areas where students can freely learn, no creative spaces, just prison cells. If you, or a child wants to go here, please reconsider. The bullying is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The amount of drugs that go around in the school could make the rest of the elephants go extinct. And creating positive relationships is nearly impossible.

Frustrating. I pulled my son out and sent him somewhere else where he thrived.

Horrible, we are transferring to another school.
