The current principal is WONDERFUL! The dean of students past and present are wonderful. ONE of the front desk ladies is amazing! Most of the regular teachers are warm, caring, and very helpful with kids that struggle in school. The PE part time help/sub is the biggest bully of the school. She constantly picks on my child and I have talked to her before, it just made things worse for her. For those of you that know the staff...this "teacher" makes the music teacher look like teacher of the year. Unfortunately living in Sterling you don't have many school options. I'm a parent that doesn't keep quiet so I'm sure these teachers are glad to see my children move on next year. If you have to send your child here be prepared to not stay quiet and stand up to the teachers that are being bullies.

Wow. I'm shocked and sadden by the bullies. Nothing is done to help the kids out that are picked on. This is the only school for them to go to. The teachers really are adult bullies. It's very sad because it starts with them and the kids follow their lead. I couldn't stand taking my daughter there another day with tears running down her face every morning. It broke my heart. I wish there was a charter school out here. I never thought I'd say this but it is really best to either homeschool or take your kids out of town for school. I wouldn't take my daughter back there for anything. :(

Being new to the area, I found the school welcoming and the principal very involved. It is not the best school my child has attendend, but it is not bad either.

In this community you dont have a choice this is one of the only schools unless you want to go out of town and I would suggest going to another town. This school is terrible, administration is incompetant, some teachers are "adult bullies", the "good staff" just keeps quiet and doesnt try and help too much. Office staff can be nice depending on the day and the whole community does not welcome new people well. We almost homeschooled our child half way thru the school year due to our experience here!
