Bethel High School

Way below average school. Is anyone surprised that under 50% of students at this school are proficient in math and science? A disgrace. No disciple and no consequence for horrendous behavior. This contributes to a classroom environment of pure chaos.

I wish we had more events like a homecoming dance and some sort of social fling for the freshman, so everyone feels more connected as a school :(( i've brought this to the principal's attention many times, and no initiative has been taken :(

My experience at this school was just horrible. I still remember when I was in middle school I couldn't wait to go to high school, and to this day I regret saying that. I would rate this school in the negatives. I advise anyone who sees this to go to a different school, especially if you are a minority. Bethel used to be such a nice area now the school runs with fake gangs who claim everything as theirs.

I've been out of the school for a short time now, but found Bethel High School to be a great school. I transferred from another high school in another state and Bethel brought abilities out and helped me to reach my potential. I went from being in average classes at my previous high school to Honors and AP classes at Bethel. The science department was particularly great, I took 3 AP classes and received credit at RPI for these classes and found myself well prepared when I started RPI. The English classes also pushed my writing skills to another level I hadn't reached through my prior schooling.
